Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this site and your purchase of services from Cash Flip Invest LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Cash Flip Invest", "we", "us"). By using the site or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide business consulting, marketing services, business strategy education and event production, including vendor, artist and sponsor participation at festivals we organize. The scope, price and timing of each service are stated in your invoice, proposal or application confirmation.
2. Seller of record
Cash Flip Invest LLC is the seller of every service and event space purchased from us and is responsible for delivering it as described. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear as CASH FLIP INVEST LLC.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown on your invoice and are due by the stated date.
- Where a deposit or payment plan is offered and selected, you authorize us to save the card used and to charge it for each remaining installment, including the 10% convenience fee, on or after its due date until the balance is paid.
- Late or failed payments may result in loss of the reserved space or service.
4. Event participation
- Space is secured upon payment and is nontransferable.
- Vendors must follow the event rules we provide, including load in times, permits and health department requirements.
- Alcohol service at our events is handled exclusively by the event. Hookahs are not allowed.
- Nonprofit vendors must provide proof of nonprofit status to receive any nonprofit rate.
- We may refuse or remove any participant who violates the rules or endangers others, without refund.
5. Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Consulting and education
Our advice and programs are educational and general in nature. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. We do not guarantee any particular result.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or interfere with our services or other participants.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, materials and program content belong to Cash Flip Invest LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or resell them without written permission. You grant us permission to use photos and video taken at our events for promotion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Outdoor events may be affected by weather and other conditions beyond our control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
