Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or service. Please read your invoice carefully before you pay.
Event vendor, artist and sponsor fees
- Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable once paid, because your space is secured and held for you upon payment.
- Credits toward a future event are offered only in limited cases at our discretion, such as an event we cancel or reschedule. A credit is not a cash refund.
- Weather: events proceed rain or shine unless safety requires otherwise. Fees are not refunded for weather that does not result in a cancellation.
- If you selected a payment plan, remaining installments stay due unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Consultations
- Reschedule any session at no charge with at least 48 hours notice.
- Consultation fees are nonrefundable. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
- If we cancel a session, we will schedule you a new time.
Education programs and workshops
- Program fees are stated before purchase, including start date and format.
- Program fees are nonrefundable once paid, whether or not you attend or use the materials.
Questions about a charge
Email [email protected] with your name, the charge date and the service. We answer within two business days and will gladly confirm what was purchased and what it included. Please contact us before filing a card dispute so we can resolve the question quickly.
